On October 16, EXIN Brasil will promote an event in São Paulo to discuss the biggest bottleneck presently on the Brazilian IT market - the gap between the supply and demand of qualified IT professionals.

Demand for qualified IT professional
Many companies may suffer the effects of this imbalance. Today there is about 40,000 open positions waiting for the qualified IT professional in Brasil, according to a study  that was published recently in the local specialized press.

What can be done to minimize this effect? EXIN Brasil will be organizing workgroups and debates, involving the present public, composed mainly of CIOs, IT Directors and Managers, and specialists from the press, the educational segment and IT industry.

Research
EXIN Brasil will also present the results of a market research project, ordered specially for the event, from the perspective of the IT professional on the investment of their employee in this area.
